We are a local Private Duty Home Care Agency offering a variety of personalized in-home care solutions for aging adults in Connecticut choosing to live at home. We are also enrolled as a provider with the DSS Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE) since 2015, offering Live-In and hourly Homemaker services.

HOMEMAKER SERVICE
Homemaker service includes assistance with all activities of daily living, e.g.personal hygiene and light housekeeping in addition to companion services. Our Care Manager will assess care needs and develop a unique Plan of Care for your Caregiver to follow.
Standards of My Care Companion:
- To ensure all clients are cared for by qualified, caring and compassionate caregivers.
- To ensure each clients unique Plan of Care is executed by credentialed staff who have the appropriate skill set, education, training, and experience.
- To foster the development of innovation and solutions to meet the needs of clients.
- To provide communication mechanisms through which clients, caregivers, social workers, and administration may openly discuss opportunities and effectively remove obstacles.
